Hourly
$85/hr, billed in 15-minute steps, no minimum, no contract.
Plus sales tax where it applies.
On-site visits
$85/hr, 1-hour minimum per visit. Drive time is free inside Beltway 8; outside Beltway 8 by arrangement.
Hardware projects
Hardware projects are billed hourly with a written not-to-exceed cap. You buy the hardware direct, in your name; Robworks IT resells nothing.
Monthly care plans
Care plans: Ask. Pricing depends on how many computers and people you have.
Paying
- Emailed invoice: pay by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer (ACH)
- Zelle or check also work
- Billed monthly, due in 15 days
